External Sole weight Pad
To optimise spin and launch characteristics, an external sole weight positions the centre of gravity low and farther away from the face.

 

The PING G15 Driver is engineered for golfers seeking
a maximum forgiveness driver that delivers distance and accuracy. Its 460cc titanium head is longer front to back and features PING’s patented ultra thin crown technology. Weight savings from the thin crown are positioned as an external sole weight to optimize the center of gravity for higher trajectories and reduced spin.

 
A larger face is designed to increase
ball speed and provide consistency across the entire hitting surface. The new PING-designed TFC 149D high balance point shaft used in PING G15 Driver allows for a five gram increase in head mass (without increasing swingweight or overall weight) which results in higher ball speeds and an increased moment of inertia.

  I like the look and the feel to the club. It was a very good buy, cheap too. I bought PING G15 Driver because I needed a new driver and this was exactly the one I was looking for.

  I bought the PING G15 Driver to my father, This club has a very forgiving face, which makes it feel like your not hitting a golf ball your hitting a bouncy ball. I wiil buy it again to myselves.
